Layby and Deposits 

We’re pleased to offer layby on selected pieces, allowing you to secure something you love and pay for it over time.

As all VJC pieces are one-of-a-kind, your piece will be reserved exclusively for you once your first payment has been made.

Deposit

50% deposit

Full balance paid prior to shipping.

Lay-by

Split payments

Customisable fortnightly payments.

Pieces Under $3000

For pieces under $3,000, a 50% initial payment is required to secure the item.

The remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the same card two weeks later.

Your piece will be shipped once the final payment has been successfully processed.

Pieces Over $3000

For pieces over $3,000, we can arrange a payment plan that works for you, with payments made at fortnightly intervals.

Your agreed payment schedule will be confirmed automatically via email when the layby is arranged.

An invoice will be sent to you for each instalment, which will need to be paid manually. Card details are not stored for these payments.

Your piece will remain safely reserved with us and will be shipped once the final payment has been received.

Missed Payments & Cancellations

By placing an item on layby, you are committing to the agreed payment schedule.

If you’re having difficulty making a payment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’re always happy to discuss your payment schedule where possible.

If payments are not made as agreed and we are unable to arrange an alternative with you, the layby may be cancelled and the piece returned for sale.

If a layby is cancelled, payments made will be refunded less a cancellation fee covering our reasonable costs associated with the layby and cancellation, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If you’re having difficulty making a Layby pieces will not be shipped or released until payment has been made in full.

As your piece is removed from sale and reserved especially for you, please choose your payment plan carefully and contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

Our layby terms are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
